Essentially the Board will pursue, consistent with Association's governing documents, state law and reasonable business sense, timely enforcement action concerning non-conforming structures and conditions in the Community. WATER LEAKS!!
Please check the monthly water usage on the website to be sure that the normal amount is being used. Our main concern is water leaks, especially in homes where no one is residing.

Also, PLEASE check on your neighbors. If they are ill make sure they are getting the help they need. A simple phone call or a bag of groceries dropped at their doorstep is a huge help for many people at this time. If you go to the store offer to pick up needed items for those people that are at risk or have family members at risk.

Please remember to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; washing every finger thoroughly as well as top and bottom your your hands.
Please remember social distancing....it works!
It is our only chance at containing this dreaded disease!!
STAY SAFE AND STAY WELL!!

And remember Help your Neighbors and Friends and even New Neighbors you may not know yet!!
Check on them to see if they need errands run and may not feel well enough to do it themselves.
