VIRTUAL MEETING
By Invite Only: Post-Pandemic Performance: Managing Change in the Workplace and in Corporate Culture Remotely

Sponsored by Maples Group
The post-pandemic shift in how and where people work brings novel challenges for companies and managers. Looming overhead is the issue of how to create a new work world that is both legally compliant and keeps employees happy and productive, regardless of their physical location. It is also critical that your needs and challenges as senior managers are not left out in the bigger picture.

Consider the possibilities and best practices for senior women on key issues, including how to:

  • Address evolving legal requirements in Ireland arising as a result of the pandemic and working behaviour remotely, now and going forward
  • Manage, support and protect your staff across the organisation
  • Foster your organisation’s culture while working remotely
  • Support and optimise you in your current role and for your future career advancement

This discussion will blend legal considerations with a coaching and culture strategy, as well as your own perspectives on the ground.

You will be energised by the insights and the enthusiasm of our panelists, and enjoy an honest discussion of individual and shared experiences

This intimate conversation, the first in a series, is designed to be interactive to frame specific challenges and identify what matters most to you. For a more engaging session, you are requested to be on camera for the discussion following the panel. Key topics will be developed further in subsequent programs later this year.

Please email your suggestions for topics and your questions to Dublin@100women.org by Tuesday, June 1, 2021 or you may submit them during the session.

Produced by the 100WF Dublin Education Committee.

This will be a Zoom Pro meeting. Numbers are very limited to ensure a high quality experience. Please register promptly.
