CE-764 Hosting World Cafe: The Fundamentals

DESCRIPTION
This eight-week distance-learning program at Fielding will provide a fundamental understanding of the World Cafe theory and method. We apply the World Cafe design principles in the course format in order to to bring forth the creative power of conversation and egage questions that matter - two key feautures of the World Cafe process.

Participants will develop the capacity to use the World Cafe in their own lives and work, and gain a solid understanding of World Cafe hosting practices.

There will be required "real time" sessions, including an opening orientation and closing session, a full-length World Cafe, and regular weekly study group sessions.
