Children's Therapy Place
BLOCK PARTY!

To celebrate being a part of the Treasure Valley for 20 years, Children's Therapy Place invites you to our FREE family-friendly block party event on July 31, 2021 from 12:00-4:00pm at their Boise location - 101 S. Allumbaugh Way, Boise, ID 83709.
At this event there will be activities for the whole family, bounce houses, water activities, food trucks (Machu Picchu Food Truck & Tiki's Shave Ice), free pediatric therapy screenings, and opportunities to win amazing raffle prizes!
Raffle prizes include: Four (4) dinner certificates to Tucanos, two (2) Winter Alpine Ski Lift Passes for Bogus Basin, two (2) admission tickets for Roaring Springs, four (4) tickets to the Children's Museum of Idaho, a family day-pass to the Discovery Center, gift baskets from Natural Grocers Boise, and more!
For 20 years Children's Therapy Place (CTP) has been serving Idaho children and families providing Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and Developmental Disability Agency services for children ages 0 to 21. Over the years, CTP has grown from one office in the Treasure Valley to now having offices in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Twin Falls, and services in McCall!

General Admission is free.

Holiday Inn & Suites, Idaho Falls, Idaho
Admission plus meals is $5 or FREE with vaccination or proof of vaccination.
Vaccine clinic to be held on-site. Pre-registration is highly advised, as space is limited.
This conference is for:
- Anyone with a significant disability. Anyone who knows someone with a significant disability.
- Anyone who supports someone with a significant disability.
- Anyone who cares about someone with a significant disability.
- Anyone who wants to promote the independence of someone with a significant disability.
This event is supported by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $17,921 with funding by ACL/HHS. We will be continuing our new format this month with two parts.
Part one will be our regular webinar format, (Recorded but only the presenters are sharing their cameras.)
Part two will be an Open Forum Question and Answer session where all participants can share their cameras if they choose. Part two will not be recorded!
