Gaining the input of male colleagues and developing alliances is essential to the success of such initiatives and the advancement of professional women. Ronaldo Baeta Guimaraes
Partner, Modal Mais

Managing Director of Modal since 2011, Ronaldo is a Business Administrator at UFRJ, with an MBA in Economics and Finance at EPGE at FGV-Rio and a Post-graduate degree in Corporate Finance at PUC-Rio and in Finance at UERJ. He has a specialization in Resource Management at Allianz, Germany. Portfolio Manager Authorized by CVM and CGA by Anbima. He was responsible for managing Modal Asset Management international books on interest rates and currencys from May 2011 to April 2018. He commanded the management of Bradesco Asset Management's multimarket funds from 2008 to 2011. He acted as manager responsible for fixed income funds and Concórdia Asset's multimarkets from 2007 to 2008, as co-head of Fidúcia Asset's trading area from 2006 to 2007 and Bank of America Senior Trader from 1999 to 2004. He is currently the Director responsible for the areas of wealth management, structured products, modalmais digital funds and fixed income.

Carlos Constantini
Exec. Director Wealth Management, Itau Bank

With over 25 years of experience in the local and international financial market, Carlos Constantini has been executive director of Wealth Management & Services (WMS) at Itaú Unibanco since December 2018. He was CEO of Itaú Unibanco's International Private Bank in the USA and had a long time as director of Itaú Corretora. He started his career as an Equity Research analyst, covering the Telecom sector, and worked at several important players in the market, working in São Paulo, Mexico City and New York. He was head of distribution of Equities & Fixed Income at Itaú Unibanco until 2016. In addition to his duties at the bank, he also serves on the board of ANBIMA, the Brazilian Association of Entities in the Financial and Capital Markets. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (POLI-USP). Carlos is a sponsor of iELA (Itaú-Unibanco Empowerment and Leadership in Wholesale), a gender affinity group of the General Directorate of Wholesale.

Pedro Lorenzini
MD Brazil Markets, Citibank

Graduated in Business Administration from PUC - SP, Pedro Lorenzini started his career at Citi 32 years ago as a Trainee, and is currently responsible for the Markets & Securities Services areas in Brazil. Contributes to the development and mentoring of local and regional personal development and diversity programs. . He was Co-Head of the Citi Women initiative in Brazil.In addition, he is currently Vice President of Anbima (since 2010) and Member of the Executive Board of Febraban (since 2013).

Carolyne Munhoz
Director, FI, Societe Generale

Carolyne Munhoz is Senior Banker within CORI FIG, responsible for coverage of all Financial Institutions clients in Brazil. She has over 15 years of diversified financial markets experience in both buy side and sell side roles. Prior to joining SG in 2008, Carolyne spent two years at a Brazilian hedge fund Infinity Asset Management, where she was primarily responsible for building their commercial client platform. She began her career at Banco Industrial do Brasil Bank on the AML desk where she held a number of senior roles in funding sales and strategy. Mrs. Munhoz graduated from PUC with a degree in Economics. She is a native in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
