South Cove Manor New Visitation Guideline
Good afternoon

Today, our staff finalized our plan to accommodate resident visitation within the parameters set by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. A copy of the policy that we developed is included with this communication. Our plan will become effective on Monday, June 8, 2020.

One of the key points to remember about this plan is that all visits need to be scheduled. In order to schedule a visit, please call our Activities Director, Tammy Chen, at (617) 237-3626, Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM. Also, due to the large number of families that will be interested in visiting, each visit will be limited to 15 minutes, and no more than 2 visitors will be allowed per DPH regulations.

Because of these limitations, it is imperative that visitors be on time for their scheduled visit. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate those that arrive late, and the visit will have to be rescheduled.

We will be evaluating this program throughout the next few weeks, and hope to be able to modify our policy in order to make a better experience for our residents, and for all of you. Thank you all very much for abiding by the policy, and we look forward to seeing you back at South Cove over the next several weeks.
Sincerely,

William J. Graves
President & CEO
