The Georgetown-MedStar Institutional Review Board (IRB) system will be offline from 12:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, until Monday morning, May 4, while data is migrated from the old IRB system (eRIC) to an archival area within the current Georgetown-MedStar IRB system. During the outage, the system will be unavailable to all researchers and IRB staff.

New Pedestrian Access to GUMC: UPDATE
|
While the Georgetown Lombardi lobby remains closed to foot traffic, a pedestrian walkway connecting the Leavey Center and GUMC is expected to open this week. The walkway will be on East-West Road to allow access to the medical center via the east side of the Research Building. When opened, we will post an announcement on the
