PSO NEWS
Used Uniform Store Open March 24th
The PSO is opening the Used Uniform Store outdoors on Wednesday, March 24th from 5:30-6:30pm in front of the school building. If the weather is rainy, the Store will be cancelled. If in doubt, check the school's social media accounts on March 24th: we will announce by 4:00pm if the Store will be closed due to weather. Please wear a mask and pay by check.
Monarch Masters Early Bird Registration Now Open
Register before April 26th to receive Early Bird pricing for the Monarch Masters Golf Tournament on May 10 at MacGregor Downs Country Club ($125 single golfer/$400 foursome; after April 26, prices increase to $150 single golfer/$500 foursome). On May 10, registration will open at 8:45 am, opening remarks begin at 9:45 am, and shotgun start will be at 10 am. Hurry! Our group is limited to 30 foursomes and registration will close once we sell out. There are two easy ways to register, by online form (bank transfer or credit card), or by mailing the paper form with a check to the PSO Treasurer. With your registration, you will receive 18 holes of golf, a light breakfast, boxed lunch, and golf cart (2 riders/cart), plus fun in the sun with your Monarch friends and the award-winning golf course all to ourselves!

We welcome single golfers, golfers of all levels, and mixed foursomes. We love to share our wonderful school, so please feel free to invite a guest as well. The Captain's Choice format means you play from where the best ball was hit, so everyone has fun. Please contact PSO Presidents Molly Pryzwansky and Tina Korzeniowski with questions.
Want to look sharp for the Monarch Masters? The online Spirit Store has embroidered performance polos in men's and ladies fit, plus hats and visors, perfect for a golf outing!
Monarch Masters Sponsors and Donations Needed
Would you or your company like to donate prizes for the Monarch Masters Golf Tournament? It's a great way to spread the word about your business or a locally-owned business you support. Examples include gift certificates, hats, shirts, coolers, golf gear or attire, etc. If you would like your donation to be considered for the winning teams, please keep in mind that we are playing in foursomes, so the PSO would need 4 equal donations to award each golfer on the team. Single donations are also welcomed, to be used as contest prizes. Please contact Kevin Machos to donate prizes or discuss donation ideas.

The PSO is also seeking tee sponsors. For a donation of $125, your family or business name and logo will be displayed on a sign at a tee box. You don't need to golf in the event to be a tee sponsor! Up to 120 golfers will see your sign, so it's a great way to spread the word about your business to our school community, and help the PSO at the same time. To sponsor, please fill out the online sponsorship form, or print and mail the paper form to the PSO Treasurer. Please contact Kevin Machos with questions or to explore other sponsorship options.
Monarch Mondays
Monarch Mondays will resume on Monday, March 22nd. Our featured sponsor of the week is the Canning family! Greg and his brother are both Cardinal Gibbons graduates, so the Cannings have long supported Diocese of Raleigh schools. We are proud to have three generations of the Canning family in our parish, and we thank grandparents John and Jocelyn for their continued support. Thank you!
