Race, equity learning series continues
PCSAO’s eight-part Race, Equity and Inclusion Learning Series continued July 20 with a reflection session on June’s training, “Shared Language around Equity Concepts.” The series is made possible with support from Casey Family Programs and is led by trainers from the Center for the Study of Social Policy. Tuesday’s session recapped terminology, provided a framework for having difficult conversations and allowed participants to discuss in small groups. The series, which is open to PCSA directors and senior leaders, continues Aug. 17 with “History of Racism in Children Services.”
