During this difficult time, we have a simple way to make a major impact in the fight against COVID–19.

Homeless shelters across the state are struggling to find personal protective equipment (PPE) during the COVID–19 pandemic. Because shelters are community–based, even a few items may allow your local shelter to stay open. Your contribution can help the shelter provide necessary resources for those in need.

This effort is inclusive of all community organizations in need of PPE including nursing homes, first responders and food bank distribution sites. Larger donations may be able to help healthcare facilities that are still facing shortages.

If you can make the delivery, we can let you know where the greatest needs are in your community. We can also make arrangements for distribution.

• Masks of any type (surgical, N95, shields, paint and handmade)
• Sanitizer
• Liquid soap
• General cleaning supplies
• Eye goggles
• Disinfectant supplies
• Various gowns
• Touchless thermometers
• Elastic for homemade masks
