Phoenixville Regional Comprehensive Plan
Six municipalities constitute the Phoenixville Regional Planning Committee (PRPC): Phoenixville Borough and Charlestown, East Pikeland, West Vincent, Schuylkill, and West Pikeland Townships. The Committee began meeting in 2000 to address rapid growth and unprotected agricultural lands in the Phoenixville Region.
