Dear Primary School Families,
Today marks the end of the 3rd nine weeks! It is hard to believe that we only have one marking period left before this school year comes to a close. Reports cards will be officially on Infinite Campus on March 23. Please note that even though grades are visible prior to that date, they are not finalized until the 23rd. Students will have a half day of virtual instruction on Friday, March 19.
Over the past several weeks, our SRO, Officer Dan Elway, has been presenting fire safety lessons to all of our students. He will be concluding those presentations this week. Starting next week, Officer Dan will begin presenting Eddie Eagle. Officer Dan will be presenting this program over the next 4 weeks. Eddie Eagle is a program about gun safety. Information can be found by searching for Eddie Eagle on Google.
Our next CV Cyber Academy Material Pick-Up Day will be on March 26. The times will remain the same as the previous months.
- 9:00-10:00 Kindergarten
- 10:15-11:15 1st Grade
- 11:30-12:30 2nd Grade
March 26, 2021 has been proclaimed Pennsylvania Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Day. SEL applies to knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. CVPS will share more information related to an activity created for SEL Day in the upcoming weeks.
Remember, it is a GREAT day to be a Colt!
