How Grit Turns into Growth with Shannon Malkin Daniels

Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart. The inevitable failures, pivots and “no thank you” replies along the founder’s journey require grit. It can be quite an emotional roller coaster with daily ups and downs. Sometimes, you just have to get comfortable being uncomfortable. But if you can stick it out and learn to fail forward, you can turn that grit into growth, and ultimately - with a bit of luck - success and personal fulfillment.

In this week’s Timely Topics, Shannon Malkin Daniels, Founder & CEO of encaptiv will share her own entrepreneurial journey. She'll open up about some of her own wins and losses, and how grit, above all else, keeps her moving forward - even when the going gets tough.
