On Thursday, October 1, 2020, the State School Superintendent recommended the initiation of rulemaking procedures to change the weight of the End-of-Course test from 20% to .01% for the 2020-2021 school year.
The State Board of Education denied the State School Superintendent’s recommendation. In substitution, the State Board of Education initiated rulemaking procedures to change the weight of the End-of-Course test to 10% for the 2020-2021 school year.
