New Payment Deadline Policy

The payment deadline for students will be two weeks ahead of the start of the term. Students who enrolled a month or more prior to the start of the term will be subject to auto-drop for after the payment deadline date. Students who register within two weeks of the deadline or register after the deadline will not be subject to auto-drop. Auto-drop will not drop students after the start of the term.

For example, for Summer 2021:
  • Students who enrolled from March 8th to May 9th will be subject to the only summer 2021 auto-drop for non-payment on May 24th.
  • Students who enrolled after May 9th will not be subject to auto-drop.
  • As a reminder, students with unpaid fees receive a Balance Due (BDU) on their student account that prevents them from enrolling in future semesters until their balance due is <$55.75.

Reminder: Complete the DSPS Survey

As part of our program review process, the Sacramento City College DSPS program invites you to complete a brief survey about your experiences serving our students with disabilities. Your participation in the survey is voluntary but will provide important feedback to inform continuous improvements in our program and services.

The survey includes thirteen (13) questions and takes three to five minutes to complete. Please be assured that your responses to the survey are anonymous and will be reported only in aggregate with no personally identifying information. SurveyMonkey, the software in which your responses are collected, has privacy safeguards to ensure the security and anonymity of your response. By participating in this survey, you must be an employee of Sacramento City College and at least 18 years old.

We value your feedback and encourage you to respond by no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 23.
