Enrollment Contracts 2021-22

We look forward to continued success together in 2021-22! Your child’s Enrollment Agreement for the 2021-22 school year and all re-enrollment forms are now available in the parent portal.

Your Enrollment Agreement and Enrollment Fee are due no later than 4 pm on Friday, February 5, 2021, in order to hold your child’s space for the 2021-22 academic year. The deadline for re-enrollment is firm. There are already substantial waiting lists in many classes, and places will be offered to waiting families after 4 p.m. on February 5.

Thank you for your continued trust in us to provide a dynamic educational experience for your children. We understand the tremendous responsibility we have to our students, and we value the ongoing partnership we have with you!
Congratulations!

Sean Frank, Grade 6, finished in 3rd place for his age group in the Mid-Atlantic States Regional USTA championships. Good luck to Sean as he competes at the National tournament in February!
Emergency Text Notification Test

In the event of a school cancellation on Monday, we will be testing our emergency text system. We will still post any school cancellations on our other forums as well.

Please refer to an email from Thursday, January 7th, 2020 with the subject: "Phone Contact Information for Peabody School" if you have not updated your information.

Thank You!
Dressing for the Weather

Please make sure your student has dressed appropriately for the weather each morning. It is cold and we are spending time outside in addition to having the windows open in the classroom. We do have the heat on high but on certain days, it will be hard to get the temperature up. Thank you!
2020-21 Annual Fund

Your participation in the Peabody Annual Fund provides essential operating support to Peabody. The generosity of our community supports almost everything that keeps Peabody running, from salaries and classroom technology to arts and supplies. This year, we are also faced with increased expenses for items such as technology infrastructure upgrades, outdoor learning spaces, additional cleaning supplies and protective equipment, and additional aid to Peabody students and families who felt the financial impact of COVID-19. We hope that you will support Peabody in this area and that you will keep in mind that your Annual Fund gift, of any size, really matters to the school.

Thank you in advance for your consideration of a gift to Peabody School for the 2020-21 year and for being such strong supporters of our wonderful school!

Parent Information Center

  • Students may exchange Valentine's Day cards on February 12th. As per usual, please do not send candy. This year, due to COVID protocols, students can only exchange within their classrooms. Please refer to any additional guidelines your child's teacher provides.

  • Virginia also launched a new application called COVIDWISE. It is the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) COVID-19 exposure notification app to facilitate contact tracing in response to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

We Love our Peabody Students and Teachers!
