 From Earth To Table - Part 2: Building Community and Sipping Wine with Lynmar Estate

What makes a certain entree compatible with a specific variety of wine?

Hear from Estate Chef, David Frakes, as he provides insight into the fundamentals of pairing food with white wine while sipping on Chardonnay. Use the tasting techniques of the first session to enhance the developing palate.

This is the second in a three-part series; you need not attend all to benefit from this experience. All sessions will be recorded.

No purchase necessary. You may sip the wine of your choice from your collection or a local purchase.

Estate Chef, Lynmar Estate

Estate Chef, David Frakes has spent the last nine years at Lynmar getting to know the land, and experimenting with the Garden Team planting different crops and varietals. David’s menus are a beautiful combination of seasonality and simplicity – using the freshest ingredients from the Estate’s expansive organic vegetable gardens and orchards, augmented by select items chosen from local farms.
