Our prayerful greetings to you as we begin the Paschal Triduum. This year the Newman Center is blessed to welcome 5 students into the Catholic faith! Please join us in prayer for these students this Easter season as they continue to grow in their faith.

Student Spotlight
Abby Volk is a senior at NDSU studying biotechnology. She is from York, ND. After this semester, she will be joining FOCUS as a missionary!

Here's why the Newman Center is important to Abby:

"The Newman Center gives me the opportunity to grow in my relationship with Jesus everyday by participating in the sacraments and building friendships with others who are striving for holiness as well. I feel at home there because the Newman community embraces every single person with so much love and sees him or her as a Beloved Child of God!"

Annual Decora Women's Retreat
We were excited to have 70 women take part in our annual Decora women's retreat. Decora is a day retreat empowering young women to live happy and healthy lives by embracing the gift of their femininity.

At Decora, ladies were able to relax, learn about their health and fertility, attend multiple breakout sessions, and socialize with one another. Keynote speakers for the retreat were Sr. Lucia Christi and Sr. Tirzah Mariae from the Sisters of Life.

Spring Break Mission Trip
Over spring break, 14 students were able to go on a mission trip to Belcourt, ND. While they were there, the students were able to help landscape the church, paint in the classrooms, assist with the new roofing, and stock the food pantry and thrift store.

The students were able to serve both St. Ann's Indian Mission and St. Anthony's Catholic Church, parishes serve The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa.

I feel the need, the need for speed...
The Annual Bike Race and Ride is on!

Join the race and ride for victory on Saturday, April 24. We will be racing in-person Saturday AND having riders race digitally online again this year.

Who can ride? Anyone can ride! Students, alumni, children, and friends of the Newman Center are able to ride in the race.

Can't ride on race day? No problem! You can ride remotely and log miles for team NDSU.
