Class of 2020 Summer Celebration

It was wonderful to see the members of the Class of 2020 back at SFD last month, enjoying one another's company, catching up with classmates and teachers, and checking out all the campus updates made since their graduation.
Class Notes
Alumna Emily Rizek '99 was formally introduced as the Head Boys and Girls Cross Country Coach last month. While in high school, Emily ran Cross Country for SFD Hall of Fame Head Coach Bob Lennon. 10 years after graduating from SFD, she returned as an assistant coach on Lennon’s staff from 2009-2018. Emily and her husband Daniel '97 have two children: Charles, a member of the incoming freshman class of 2025, and Henry, a 5th Grader at St. Paul School (SFD Class of 2029).
We are excited to welcome alumnus Mark Crabtree '82 to the SFD Football coaching staff. Coach Crabtree previously spent the last 20 seasons as the Head Coach at Dublin Coffman High School, with an overall record of 179-55, and 18 playoff appearances.
Stallion Way Begins This Month
It's happening! This month the Stallion Way project will break ground! With the new drive connecting Ferris Road to our campus, students will gain an additional access and departure point to/from the south parking lot. It will also make the student commute safer, plus alleviate traffic on Karl Road. Follow the progress taking place to the Stallion Way on the school's social media pages throughout July.
50th Reunion + 1

The Class of 1970 will hold their 50th Reunion + 1 on Saturday, August 14 at St. Francis DeSales High School (4212 Karl Road, Columbus, OH 43224). To RSVP, or if you have any questions regarding the Reunion, please contact any of the classmates listed below.

50th Reunion

The Class of 1971 will host their 50th Reunion weekend on August 20 and 21! See below for details:

Friday, August 20 at 6pm at Carsonie's in Westerville. Each guest is on their own for food and drinks.
Saturday, August 21 at 6pm at Giammarco's Italian Restaurant in Westerville. Cost not yet confirmed; will be approximately $30-$35/person.

35th Reunion

The Class of 1986 will host their 35th Reunion weekend on September 3 and 4. See below for details:

Friday, September 3 - The 'Pre-Game" at Gabby's on Tamarack Circle at 8pm
Saturday, September 4 - Harry Buffalo's (6150 S Sunbury Rd, Westerville, OH 43081) starting at 7pm. Cover charge on Saturday of $5. There is a cash bar for drinks and/or food. 

No RSVP necessary.

30th Reunion + 1

The Class of 1990 is holding their 30th Reunion + 1 on Saturday, October 16 from 7pm to 10pm at Fado Pub and Kitchen in the heart of 'Bridge Park’ in the city of Dublin (6652 Riverside Drive, Dublin, 43017). Free parking is available in the Longshore and Mooney Street Garages at Bridge Park.

The event is $45 per person. Note: You will not be able to pay the day of event as there will be a final number deadline 5 days before the event.
