Dear Members,

First and foremost, thank you to our Members for your patience and support during these past two weeks. We have done our best to quickly adapt to guidance from our state and county officials in order to best protect our Members and the community. While Fitness, Tennis, and Pickleball have temporarily suspended operations, your support of the Club's food and beverage offerings via delivery and carry-out has been robust.

During this time, we have closed the clubhouse to the membership and are operating on a limited basis. Should you need to contact a staff member, please refer to our contact list here , or refer to our mobile app. We will return all voice mails promptly.

The following is a status update on our current Club amenities:
Tennis / Pickleball Update
Our Bubble remains closed, and will be temporarily deflated in order to conserve energy. The Bubble will be quickly available to be utilized again once it is deemed appropriate to do so. We began preparations to the clay courts this past week. Once the clay courts are ready for play, we will update you on current guidance from state and county officials on whether tennis and pickleball may be enjoyed outdoors at that time.
Fitness Update
While the Fitness Center remains closed, Michele and her group fitness instructors continue to create programming that can be utilized in-home. Please refer to the Fitness portion of the mobile app for updated weekly programming.
Dining Update
Carryout/delivery menus will be updated on a weekly basis to reflect currently available product and to provide variety. Please refer to the mobile app for ease of ordering and updated menus. Chef Matt will be releasing a heat-and-serve Easter menu in the coming days, similar to what is offered at Thanksgiving.
Golf Course Update
Based on updated guidance from the State of Ohio and the Delaware General Health District, the golf course will continue to be available for our members/owners to enjoy. We feel it is important that our members/owners have an opportunity to enjoy the healthy benefits their golf course can provide during this time. There will be further temporary restrictions in order to ensure we meet state requirements related to social distancing, hygiene, and sanitation. We ask that you please follow the below restrictions to keep your fellow members and staff members safe!
