Our 2021 Legacy Gala was a huge success! Congratulations to Brad & Sharon White, the recipients of our Halo Award. Congratulations to Priscilla Plucinsky for receiving our Peggy’s Legacy of Faith Award. We are so blessed to have such a supportive community that believes in and lives our mission.

Thank you to our Advancement Office team of Melissah, Kirsten, and Elena, who work to raise funds so that we can provide the best programming for our students and adults.

A big thank you to the Gala committee for working tirelessly year-round planning, coordinating, and collecting auction items for the Gala. We have a great team who spend countless hours of their personal time to the benefit of our center.

A thank you to the staff who volunteered to help the evening of the Gala. You were willing to pitch in beyond the workday.

We are spending the next two months getting a little R&R and planning and prepping for the new school year. We cannot wait to see what the new year brings!

Our Extended School Year program (ESY) is well underway. Our first-week theme was Camping and this week is Independence Day. Each week the students participate in a variety of activities including Speech and OT individual and group sessions, Music Therapy, Social Skills, and of course, a visit from Miss Tara from All Abilities Fitness Center! ESY runs through August 12th.
