Dear SPPS Staff, Active Enrollment is fast approaching, with two sets of dates this year based on your bargaining unit: HealthPartners Active Enrollment is October 19-30 for the following groups: AFSCME, Associate of Supervisory Personnel (ASAP), Bus Drivers, Classified Confidential, Custodians, Machinists, Manual Maintenance Supervisors, Nutrition Services, Professional Employees Association (PEA), Principals, Superintendency, Supervisors (SPSO) and Tri-Council PEIP Active Enrollment is November 9-20 for the following groups: Educational Assistants, JROTC, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, School and Community Service Professionals and SUTR

Meet ALEX  New this year, all benefit-eligible employees can take advantage of a new virtual tool called ALEX. This tool should be your first stop if you need help selecting the best benefit plan for you and your family.  When you talk to ALEX, he’ll ask you a few questions about your healthcare needs, crunch some numbers, and point out what makes the most sense for you. The tool can be accessed on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Anything you tell ALEX remains confidential.  ALEX will be ready to use by October 19.
