Special Announcement: UI Benefits, PPP Loans

H.315, legislation which includes a Vermont linkup to federal tax code, became law on April 17, 2021, and includes updates to Vermont's tax treatment of:

  • the $10,200 federal exclusion of Unemployment Insurance compensation, and
  • federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans to Vermont businesses.
