On June 3rd,
The City of St. Catharines released its Framework for Recovery.
The Recovery Plan outlines the strategic efforts to reintroduce services; reopen facilities; and support both residents and businesses as we adapt to a new post-COVID-19 'norm'.
The city is mapping a path forward towards recovery with: - Four strategic stages - Economic Development and Tourism plans - Facilities and Amenities plans

2020 SCCIP PROGRAMS
St. Catharines Arts & Culture Community Revitalization Program
- Deadlines and details will be released in July. In 2020 this program will replace the Culture Builds Community and Arts Development Programs. Make sure you subscribe to the Cultural funding newsletter to get notified of details as they become available. Visit www.stcatharines.ca/subscribe and select "Cultural Funding".

Suitcase In Point Theatre Company Opens Applications for Nest Residency
Launched in 2019, The Nest Residency offers new generation theatre artists in the Niagara Region a creative home for 12 months to gain exposure, training, and hands on experience. Artists are mentored and supported to build and develop new work, learning how to hone their creative process, the power of collaboration and what it takes to develop work within the Niagara market.

Presented by the Niagara Folk Arts Festival
Seeking artists from all formats: music, dance, DJs, visual arts, dramatic readings, theater presentations and more. Presentations do not need to be cultural in nature and could be presented in other languages. Performances must be family-friendly and able to be presented on a residential front lawn, sidewalk or boulevard. The performances will be live streamed. Artist bursaries to be negotiated.
