GENEROUS DONATIONS
The Home Depot Store at 102 North Academy in Colorado Springs donated funds to support Spring gardening projects at Zach’s Place and Joey’s Place programs. We will be creating raised garden beds and giving our clients an educational experience in the joys of gardening.

We look forward to showing you our accomplishments! Watch for future updates from our budding green thumbs!
A special thanks to the following foundations and grantors for awarding SKSF funding to support programming for individuals with disabilities:

  • Johnson Foundation of the Rockies
  • Colorado Department of Human Services child care grant
  • Christopher & Dana Reeves Foundation Quality of Life grant
  • Colorado Respite Coalition

SKSF’s Bowl-a-thon is an annual tradition that many look forward to every year! Due to various attendance restrictions still in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be postponing our annual Bowl-a-thon to the fall.

Our theme for the event will be Red, White & Bowl so we encourage everyone of all ages and abilities to WEAR YOUR COLORS proudly in support of Patriot's Day and bowl to support a good cause helping raise funds for programs for individuals with disabilities and their families.

We will hold a DRAWING for some great prizes offered by area businesses. We will also be awarding CONTEST PRIZES throughout the event.
