SCHOOL-COMMUNITY COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING
Maui High's School-Community Council will be holding a virtual meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 5 pm.

The meeting's agenda will include a review of Maui High's Financial Plan, Return to School Plan, and Master Schedule. Click the link to attend the virtual meeting.
HYBRID MODEL FOR DESIGNATED STUDENTS
The shift to a Hybrid model is scheduled to begin on Feb. 1, 2021.

Under the Hybrid model, students who have not turned in a Distance Learning Opt-In form will be designated to follow a rotation of
'On-Campus' and 'Distance Learning' school days.

Designated students are divided into 4 groups:
Group A = Last names Abad - Dando
Group B = Last names Daniel - Koka
Group C = Last names Koko - Ray
Group D = Last names Rayray - Zipf

Students will report to classes in person following their group's on-campus schedule. They will report to classes via distance learning (Google Classroom, Google Meet) for the remaining days of the week.

The current plan is to transition to the Hybrid model on February 1st beginning with Group D on campus. The designated group for each day has been added to our period rotation calendar on our website and will be updated as needed. As always, the planned schedule is subject to change based on covid safety guidelines.

We thank everyone for remaining flexible throughout the school year as we navigate together through the pandemic. We will continue to post updates and reminders to our school website.
