Employer Guidance: Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) 

On March 18th, 2020 the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) was signed by the President after moving through the Senate, proposed as HB 6201 by the House.  This act affects employers with less than 500 employees in providing additional emergency paid sick leave, emergency paid family leave and emergency unemployment benefits to employees in response to Covid-19.
