Updates on Facility Closures and Program Postponements

We know the past seven weeks have been very challenging for everyone. With the Province's reopening plans, many things will be coming back on line in the coming weeks. Please stay posted for updates.

Survey Coming Soon
We will be emailing out a survey to all QSWC clients in the very near future. We are looking for your input on our Playbook and your recreation program and rental plans for the Fall and Winter session/season. Your help in completing this survey is appreciated. We want to ensure that we are making decisions that meet your needs.

Facility Closures
The following facilities within the Recreation, Culture & Community Services Department remain closed until further notice:

Recreation Programs
All recreation programs are suspended at this time. Spring and Summer registration is on hold for the time being.

Bookings and Rentals
All bookings and rentals for any of the above facilities are cancelled until the end of May 31, 2020. Calls have been made to clients affected. Decisions on June rentals and bookings will be made mid-May.

Youth Week - May 1-7
May 1 to 7 is National Youth Week. Follow our Youth Belleville Facebook page which features a new topic daily.

Thank you to our youth volunteers who run the Youth Room and help with skating and children's programs. You add great value to these programs.
Water Safety Wednesdays
Follow us on our QSWC Facebook and Twitter pages every Wednesday for water safety messages. With the warmer weather, many people are getting ready to open up their backyard pools or may be headed to the beach or lake (once current restrictions are lifted). The Canadian Red Cross has some great water safety resources available.
