Class of 2021
8th Grade - Class of 2021
8th Grade Play - Interest Form

After considerable thought and analysis, we are making plans to move forward with tradition of an 8th Grade Drama Elective and subsequent 8th Grade Play.

While the details and logistics are still being defined, one of the key variables in this scenario is how many students will elect to participate in the 8th Grade Play this year.

There are many other factors that we are thinking through – students will be wearing masks, students will need to be socially distanced, students will have difficulty singing with masks on, students are currently not mixing with other homerooms, rehearsals and performances may need to take place outside, etc.

However, we do believe that with thoughtful, creative approaches we will be able to offer this experience to our 8th Grade students. To that end, please speak with your son/daughter and fill out this form if he/she plans to sign up for the 8th Grade Drama Elective which will take place during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters of the 2020-2021 school year.

Please submit this form by the end of the day on Thursday, October 15th.
Catholic High School Virtual Tours

Since our students will not be going in person during the school day to visit the Catholic High Schools, the schools have reached out to us to host Virtual Visits with our students during the day. We have begun working with all the schools to host these virtual visits, not all the schools have confirmed dates yet but we will continue working with all the schools on these virtual visits. So far the following schools have held virtual tours - St. John XXIII College Preparatory and St. Pius X High School. The following are scheduled to take place soon:

  • Thursday, November 12th - Incarnate Word Academy and St. Thomas High School
High School Entrance Exam - Prep Classes

Prep classes for entrance exams are being offered by St. Pius X High School and St. Thomas High School. Please click the links for each of the high schools for more information.
Our mission at St Cecilia Catholic School is the ongoing Catholic formation and education of the whole child in mind, heart, and spirit, in preparation for an adult life of commitment and service.
