Black cherry, dried herbs, tobacco, licorice, spice and leather emerge with a bit of coaxing. I would cellar the 2016 for at least a few years. There is a lot of wine here. Fleshy and pliant in the mouth, offering ripe cassis, bitter cherry and spicecake flavors that are supported by a spine of zesty acidity. Rich yet surprisingly lively as well, finishing gently sweet and very long, with slow-building tannins and a late jolt of spicy cracked pepper. Drinking window: 2023 - 2030." (France)

It's harmonious, balsamic, balanced, fresh, varietal and elegant. Delicious. 9,000 bottles were filled in October 2017." (Argentina)

90/100 - Our Score (6/2021) This fun and vibrant red is made from pure Cinsault grown in the Clement Hills sub-AVA of Lodi and it is positively bursting with violet, dark plum, bing cherry and black tea notes. Perfect when served with a slight chill, this super-small production red pairs great with charcuterie, pâté and grilled poultry. Only three barrels (75 cases) were produced so grab yours quick! (California)

90/100 - Our Score (6/2021) As with all of Angela Osborne's wines, this 2018 GSM delivers and delights! A Vin Chicago exclusive, it is a jaunty blend of equal parts Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, each fermented separately with the Syrah done whole cluster. Offering a jolt of freshness and acidity along with luxurious layers of violets, blackberry, raspberry, bramble, baking spice, bacon fat and dried leaves, there is a lot to like here, including a finish lingers on and on. Grab a bottle and fire up the grill! (California)

Notes of preserved lemon, red and yellow apple, nectarine, white peach and yellow florals reveal themselves and become even more prominent and complex with aeration. A fleshy, creamy texture is harmoniously freshened by medium-plus acidity across the long graceful finish. Drink this bone-dry white with grilled fish, roast chicken or at cocktail hour! (Oregon)

Aromas and flavors include green apple, lime pith, tangerine, talc, white florals and straw, along with all the brightness and salinity you've come to know and love! (France)

At 12.5% alcohol and with good freshness, it was produced in a light and approachable style and bottled early to preserve the primary character. This almost has more character of a white wine than a rose, obviously very pale and with great freshness. It's balanced with moderate ripeness and a dry and serious palate with a long, dry and chalky finish that I like very much. Drink Date: 2020 - 2023." (Spain)
