This on-line training workshop will cover the principles, concepts, components, techniques and benefits of managing road infrastructure assets. The contents will be based on international practitioner handbooks as well as the hands-on experience of the course instructors. The workshop will teach the most relevant best practices as they relate to strategic asset management, tactical & technical asset management planning and operational asset management & service delivery.
The lectures will be taught over a three week period with live 1.5 hour on-line sessions held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week. Upon completion of the training program, the IRF will administer an on-line knowledge test. Participants with a score of 80% of the exam will be awarded with a certificate verifying their successful completion of the course.

This on-line training course is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the basic concepts and recent advances related to pavement design, analysis and construction. Participants will be guided through various interactive course modules to develop skills and knowledge to employ standard guidelines and specifications related to both flexible and rigid pavements. Throughout this course, the sustainability considerations for design and construction of pavements will be discussed. Innovations and advances in pavement engineering with regards to design, analysis and construction, will also be addressed through dedicated modules for each topic.
The lectures will be taught during a four-week period with live two hour on-line sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Upon completion of the training program, the IRF will administer an on-line knowledge test. Participants with a score of 80% or higher will be awarded with a certificate verifying their successful completion of the course..

Road safety audit and inspections serve the common purpose of identifying risk factors related to road design or traffic control that may lead to crashes, or make crashes more severe. The International Road Federation (IRF) On-line Safe Roads by Design™: Making Roads Safe for all Users certified training program is one of the most comprehensive on-line road safety training programs in the world. Experts in the field will present best practices and state of the art technologies in Roadside Safety, Work Zone Safety, Vulnerable User Safety, Traffic Management and Road Safety Audits over a three week period. The purpose of this training program is to help participants to understand what can be done to reduce the number of road crashes and the number of fatalities and serious injuries from road crashes that may still occur.
