Zenith Aircraft is coming to southwestern Texas next week for a hands-on kit building workshop and regional Zenith fly-in!

We're coming to Texas with a Zenith hands-on workshop and a Zenith fly-in gathering! The two-day workshop will be held February 19 & 20, 2021, at the South Texas Regional Airport (KHDO), Hondo, Texas, about 45 miles west of San Antonio. We'll also host an informal regional Zenith fly-in on Saturday, February 20. While next week's workshop class is now full, all Zenith builders, pilots and enthusiasts are invited to attend Saturday fly-in gathering at the Hondo airport.
Southern Texas in February is “a perfect time and place,” states Sebastien Heintz, Zenith Aircraft’s president. “With the ongoing pandemic, small regional events held outdoors and in larger open hangars, with small group sizes, just makes sense.”

Zenith Aircraft's Sebastien Heintz and Roger Dubbert will attend the workshop, as well as the fly-in on Saturday. All Zenith builders, pilots and enthusiasts are invited to attend and participate at the informal Saturday Zenith fly-in. Fly-in or drive in for the activities!
Jan and Alissa Eggenfellner of Viking Aircraft Engines also plan to attend, and will be there to assist local Zenith builders with their Viking (Honda) engine installations, and other area pilot plan to fly-in with their Zenith aircraft.

Zenith Aircraft Company's factory workshops are popular with sport aviation enthusiasts, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in building their own Zenith Aircraft kit plane. Participants get to actually start assembling kit parts under the direction and guidance of factory professionals, and "graduate" from the workshop upon completing construction of their own aircraft rudder tail section for one of Zenith Aircraft Company's popular kit aircraft designs, including the high-wing Zenith CH 750 series or the sleek low-wing Zenith CH 650 cruiser. And don't forget: A demo flight is part of the factory workshop experience in a Zenith factory demo airplane!
