Rainbow Connection provides self-defense training to the Tucson area LGBTQ+ community and allies. Video classes will be taking the place of in person classes until further notice. Every week, we will feature a different self defense topic, including: setting boundaries, simple self-defense skills to practice at home, easy home fitness, and requested topics.
