Happy August!
We've launched our new and improved website...
🖥️ Explore our NEW website!

A fresh, updated look for our site while preserving our event announcements, helpful resources, and other fun news around our office. We hope you find it more user-friendly and as helpful as ever. We'd love to hear your feedback on the new design!
Our site includes our new logo. Katie Clancy shares the significance of this new design:
"Your loved one is the focal point of everything we do, as represented by the white circle at the center of our logo. Each family we meet brings various concerns, background facts, ideas and goals — represented by different colors and shapes — which we assess and align to design an organized plan that serves your child’s best interest. Every planning project requires different expertise and legal application, but we apply the same person-centered approach to every family we serve."
📚 Back to School Resources

📰 Legal News
Affordable, safe housing is one of the most crucial aspects of a person’s life, especially if that person has a disability. Parents and guardians must plan for this as early as possible to make sure their loved one has a secure and appropriate living situation long after they either become unable to provide care or pass away.  Read more here.
Many relatives or caretakers of loved ones living with a disability may at some point need to be able to exert more control over their family member's personal affairs. For parents of children who have a disability, for instance, that time is often when the child is turning 18. Read more here.
Do you have a friend or loved one who receives Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and is unable to manage her payments? If so, you can request that the Social Security Administration (SSA), the government agency that disburses Social Security, name you as the representative payee for that person. Read more here.
