We’re excited to continue our “On the Road” series, giving readers an inside look at Regal Restoration's current work. This edition will focus on a project located in Asbury Park, NJ, overseen by Project Leader Sterling Winston.
Summer is fast approaching – and what better way to celebrate than by taking a look at this beautiful Jersey Shore community getting a fresh facelift?
Regal began a full renovation at this four-building condominium complex in fall 2020. The project includes installation of more than 500 windows, new roofs, doors, stairs, railings and complete façade replacement, which required demolition of all brick to prepare for siding.
A multi-trade job of this magnitude presents its challenges that Regal met with strategic solutions, including coordination of interior access at each unit, working through winter conditions and, most importantly, ensuring safety as we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now that the snow has melted and temperatures are rising, it’s clear to see how transformative the final product will be.
Regal is looking forward to completing all work at this community by June.
