  • September 7th is the deadline for reservations
  • Reservations cancelled with the reservation office at least 14 days prior to the scheduled will receive a full refund. For reservations cancelled within 14 days, the room cost is non-refundable. (If you have to cancel, please contact Inez since she might know of someone who can take your reservation.)
  • Check in is 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Please contact the hotel if special arrangements are needed.
