Hello District 10 Residents and Georgians!

It has certainly been a busy week on the campaign trail for me and at the dealership. This week, we accomplished a lot. Here is what happened: Virtual forum hosted by the DeKalb Branch of the NAACP, Virtual Senate Appropriations meetings, weekly campaign calls with my campaign team, Senate Democratic Caucus Meeting, where we heard from Department of Labor Commissioner Mark Butler, staff/leadership meeting with Legacy Automotive Team, creating partnerships within District 10 and providing constituents and Georgians with COVID19 resources.

We were able to get a lot done. I was also able to do some yard work in my yard. In this update you will find information about the pink Coretta Scott King Roses given to me by my friend, Rev. Dr. Bernice A. King.

With all of this, it is true that, “LEADERSHIP NEVER REST.” I was thinking about my week and how during quarantine, I was able to get things done for my constituents and Georgians. We have 22 days left. I look forward to receiving you prayers, support and vote.

Sincerely,

Emanuel D. Jones
State Senator, District 10
