Spring is a time of renewed growth, and at this beautiful time of the year, it’s exciting to be able to share some of the new and reimagined programs that are popping at Bryn Mawr. In this issue, you’ll read about the long-standing curriculum units which have been updated to be more inclusive, the blending of art and science in innovative new projects, and ways in which we’ve adapted to the pandemic to continue some of our favorite activities, like Gym Drill and Alumnae Weekend!

Mawrtian Athletics
Winter sports wrapped up their seasons in February. Basketball, squash and swim teams were able to compete in scrimmages against local independent schools and Mawrtian athletes were ferocious competitors out there. The spring sports season brings our first league-sponsored competitions this school year! Our badminton, golf, lacrosse, softball and track teams are competing in IAAM-sanctioned competitions and we are off to a great start! Varsity lacrosse started the season strong with a record of 5-1, and varsity badminton is currently undefeated.
