EAB Updates to Aid with Virtual Advising
Sent on behalf of Brian Dusel, University Advising Center
EAB has been actively working to provide updates that will aid advisors in their virtual advising across the student success collaborative! You'll notice some of these changes right away:
  • URLs in Availability - when setting up your availability, there is now a dedicated space to put URLs for Zoom, TEAMs, or whatever platform you are using to advise students from home. Phone numbers can also be added here!
  • Streamlined Reports - gone are the large number of reports needed to run - EAB has introduced a more streamlined set of reports. If you want to learn more, be sure to sign up to attend the training session this Wednesday.
  • Student Pop-Up - to cover all bases, there is now a pop-up notification that students recieve when they first log in to remind them that all advising is being conducted by email, phone, or virtually.
As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or issue please don't hesitate to email Brian Dusel ( [email protected] ).
