At Breitenbush we all enjoy a digital detox, but technology has some great perks when you do want to plug in. Below is a yoga video by Melina Meza, a long-time presenter at Breitenbush:

Remove your shoes and place the soles of your feet on the ground. Connecting to the earth can help relax your body and mind. It is best to find a spot where you can also soak in some sun and deeply breath in clean air.
