The webinar is designed for high school students, recent high school graduates and adults who are interested in pursuing a college degree or certificate at RVCC. Visiting and transferring college students who are interested in enrolling at RVCC are welcome to participate. Hear from admissions and financial aid specialists and current students as you learn about:

•   Enrolling in Winter, Spring 2021 and Fall 2021 Semester classes at RVCC

•   The College’s innovative academic programs designed to help students transfer to top four-year colleges and universities

•   Career training programs designed in partnership with local industry

•   Financial aid options, including scholarships, loans and grants

•   Fee tuition for those who qualify, though RVCC’s participation in the New Jersey Community College Opportunity Grant (CCOG) Program

•   The Honors College for high-achieving students

Earn college credits in just 3 1/2 weeks by taking an online course during RVCC’s Winter Session, December 23-January 15. Classes are being offering in such areas as drawing, computer literacy, geology, algebra, statistics, precalculus, astronomy and sociology.

RVCC’s Nursing program has received continuing accreditation through 2028 from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

RVCC’s Authentic Engineering Experience (AEE) is working on two virtual projects with ExxonMobil and LabCorp this semester. The AEE program features hands-on, team-based projects in which groups of three students solve a real problem for a real customer in one semester.

RVCC’s Medical Assistant program has been named one of the “40 Most Affordable Medical Assistant Certificate Programs for 2020-21” by MedAssistantEDU.org.

Students entering RVCC’s Cosmetology or Esthetics programs may apply for a new $1000 scholarship supported by Color it Forward Inc. that focuses on giving back to the community.

Ten students have been selected for this year’s Sanofi Corporate Mentor Program at RVCC. More than 30 students originally applied for the highly selective program, which enables participants to explore career opportunities and develop strategies for their professional, academic, and social success. “Mentees” also participate in special seminars that are designed to build a bridge between college and work. Students who successfully meet all of the program’s requirement receive a $1,600 scholarship.

The Arts & Design department is presenting the 2020 Visual Art Faculty Exhibition, on display virtually at https://rvccfacultyexhibit.wixsite.com/website.

The ongoing exhibition features work by 19 RVCC visual art faculty members representing a wide range of media, including drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, video, digital media, and photography.
