Alumni Awards nominations open
The Alumni Association sponsors an awards program to recognize outstanding alumni, faculty and students. Alumni Award nominations are open in the following categories: Award of Merit, Ambassador Award, Odyssey Award and Excellence in Mentoring.

Consider submitting a nomination for an outstanding alumnus. Nominations must be received by March 31. 

#HerPower merchandise
Build a Dream launches #HerPower campaign
Build a Dream Windsor, founded by Nour Hachem-Fawaz BA '10, MBA '20, is a not-for-profit organization that encourages female students to explore careers where they are traditionally under-represented. The organization fittingly launched a new #HerPower campaign on International Women's Day.

The campaign aims to empower women and girls through a series of initiatives. The first, called on the community to make a pledge to diversity and inclusion. A virtual #HerPower day was held March 9. A new merchandise line, developed in partnership with Reitmans clothier designers was launched at the event. Continue reading.
WIFF hosts live Oscars discussion
With the Oscars just around the corner,
WIFF presents its new series #WIFFOffScript.

Join the conversation on Facebook live March 15 at noon for a discussion about the the 93rd annual Academy Award nominees. WIFF Executive Director Dr. Vincent Georgie MBA '04 will talk all things Oscars; from analyzing this year's nominees to challenges the film industry is facing.

The event will be recorded and available for viewing post-event on the WIFF Facebook page and YouTube channel.
