MAY 14, 2020
Though we were unable to hold our annual Community Appreciation Luncheon in the traditional sense, we decided to celebrate our faculty and staff by running a virtual raffle last week. Thank you so much to all the parents who contributed. It was a really nice change of pace during this uncertain time and everyone was so appreciative!
Personal Belongings Retrieval
Thank you for your help in making the retrieval process work in as safe a manner as possible for all members of the Brooks community. Only families who are registered for a particular day and time will be allowed to enter campus. Please do not just show up or come at a time other than when you have registered.

A mask is required to be worn while you are on campus (please bring your own face covering). Please, also, be respectful of the time schedule. The next family will not be able to enter campus until the previous family in a particular dorm has departed.

Guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of all members of the Brooks community. We ask that you read them carefully. If you still need to sign up for a time slot, refer to the email you should have received from Andrea Heinze on Monday. Please contact her with any questions.
End of Year Schedule
Click to view the schedule for the remainder of the school year.

Memorial Day is reserved for virtual graduation and we will not hold classes. The last day of classes for non-seniors will be May 29. All culminating assessments (papers, projects, portfolios, presentations) will be due by this date. We have canceled the exams that were originally slated for the first week of June. Teachers are looking forward to celebrating the many notable accomplishments of our students in our final classes. We are so proud of our students! Thank you for partnering in support of them as we wind down a very unusual spring semester.
