All Exhibitors must sign and submit a new contract/application form in addition to their booth selections.

Priority booth placement starts April 9, 2021 until April 16, 2021.
Exhibitors registered for 2020 and received a refund
Booth selection begins April 19, 2021 until April 23, 2021.
All other Exhibitors
Starting April 26, 2021, all other Exhibitors will contacted for booth selection.
All Exhibitors are encouraged to submit their Contract/Application and deposit to guarantee a booth size. The Chamber will contact Exhibitors for booth assignment during the dates outlined above, and in order of submission. Contracts/Applications can be emailed to
jroberts@gprchamber.ca or delivered in-person at our Stony Plain Chamber Office.
