Tri-Expo & MARKETPLACE
Thank you everyone for your patience as we have worked collaboratively with the show company and facility to secure dates for our Tri-Expo & MARKETPLACE this year! This family-friendly event will be expanding with local food vendors on-site and tasty treats for everyone.
Due to interest in our Tri-Expo & MARKETPLACE, we have re-evaluated our opening dates for application submissions.
2021 Show Dates & Hours
August 27, 2021 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
August 28, 2021 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
August 29, 2021 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Move-In Times
August 25, 2021 - 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for large items only (tractors, cars, hot tubs, and other heavy equipment).

August 26, 2021 - 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (All Exhibitors).

August 27, 2021 - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Loading doors will be closed at 12:00 PM.
Move-Out Times
August 29, 2021 - 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. There will be no access to the building after 10:00 PM on Sunday.
2021 Booth Costs
All Exhibitors must sign and submit a new contract/application form in addition to their booth selections.

Exhibitors with payment rolling over from 2020
Priority booth placement starts April 9, 2021 until April 16, 2021.

Exhibitors registered for 2020 and received a refund
Booth selection begins April 19, 2021 until April 23, 2021.

All other Exhibitors
Starting April 26, 2021, all other Exhibitors will contacted for booth selection.

All Exhibitors are encouraged to submit their Contract/Application and deposit to guarantee a booth size. The Chamber will contact Exhibitors for booth assignment during the dates outlined above, and in order of submission. Contracts/Applications can be emailed to jroberts@gprchamber.ca or delivered in-person at our Stony Plain Chamber Office.
Calling All Food Vendors!
We are excited to bring food vendors and trucks into our Tri-Expo & MARKETPLACE!

Members: $575.00 +GST
Non-Members: $775.00 +GST

We have secure outdoor space for food vendors to set-up for the weekend. If you are a food vendor seeking indoor space, please contact our office.
6' Table Market Opportunities
We are opening space for local crafters and producers to showcase their locally made products. The first ten (10) vendors (subject to Tri-Expo Committee Approval) that qualify for this rental space will be allocated one 6’ table in the link between Spruce Grove Hall and Pavilion. Table location will be assigned in order of applications received. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Rate: $175.00 +GST

80/20 Rule: 80% of the vendor’s product must be Alberta products which they, a family member, a staff member or a member of a producer-owned cooperative, or their staff have made, baked or grown. Vendors are to be honest about the origin of their products.
