The Transportation/Companionship Program is designed to assist Medicaid participants in Herkimer County who may be experiencing difficulties procuring transportation in and around the community.
Free transportation to:
- Medical Facilities
- Pharmacies
- Grocery Stores
- Fitness Facilities
We Provide:
- Drivers who are safe and courteous
- Drivers trained in First Aid and CPR
- Drivers who offer companionship and support
- Transportation Van that is clean andsafe
