As I mentioned in our last newsletter, the state is allowing us to reopen our store. We will reopen starting Monday, May 18, 2020. Since we live in uncertain times, EHS needs to comply with the good practices recommended by state officials and the health department. Consequently, we will be operating differently to do everything possible to make a safe environment for all of you, our valued customers, and our magnificent employees.
Therefore, we will only be open by appointments, please call 920-490-4839 or email us at [email protected] to set one up. Please put "Appointment" in the subject line or leave a message on our voicemail when you would like to visit EHS. We will respond as soon as we can to confirm your time slot. By operating in this manner, we will have the necessary time to clean and sanitize the store throughout the day.
We also ask that you plan ahead since our restroom is closed to the public to minimize transmissions.
At the time of your appointment please ring the doorbell at the front door to gain entrance.
Please be considerate of others by wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth. Masks are required to gain entry and must remain on at all times.
Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering.
There is a limit of four (4) people in our store at a time. We ask that you respect others by staying a safe distance apart (six (6) feet or greater).
Back-shop work areas are off-limit; anyone violating will be asked to leave. Our technicians are not allowed to have physical contact with you; however to discuss service issues please call them at 920-490-4839.
We highly recommend credit card payments. No signature is required.
General Safety and Health Rules
If you have traveled out of the state in the past 20 days, do not enter our store.
If you have a cough, flu, cold, fever, loss of taste/smell or other symptoms related
to Covid-19, do not enter our store.
If you have been exposed to Covid-19, do not enter our store.
