After months of planning, the facility opened March 22 and joins other community mass vaccination sites in order to inoculate large numbers of the population in the fight against COVID-19.

Campus Police and Windsor Police Services will ensure building security 24 hours a day. In addition, the City of Windsor is offering free parking on neighbouring streets and city garages nearby. Signage throughout downtown will direct traffic to the site entrance.

Vaccination appointments must be booked through the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit’s website at wechu.org, based on priority as outlined by the provincial vaccination timeline.
Deadline approaching for Alumni Award nominations
The Alumni Association sponsors an awards program to recognize outstanding alumni, faculty and students. Alumni Award nominations are open in the following categories: Award of Merit, Ambassador Award, Odyssey Award and Excellence in Mentoring.

Consider submitting a nomination for an outstanding alumnus. Nominations must be received by March 31.

With spring convocation just around the corner, now is the time to think about celebrating the UWindsor graduate in your life. The UWindsor Alumni Association offers a variety of Canadian-made frame styles to display UWindsor diplomas with pride.

Beat the spring rush and purchase a diploma frame by March 31 to be entered into a draw to win your purchase and an 8"x10" universal portrait frame. The winner will be announced on April 1.

There's always time for tea
Youstina Asaad, BComm '16 is passionate about tea. Her company PassionaTEAly specializes in tea bombs. They offer a large variety of flavours including sugar free options.
