AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR
SENIORS & THEIR FAMILIES
Hello, Maine East Senior Students and Families!

A Google Form link was sent to the school email address of every Maine East Senior so that seniors can indicate whether they plan to attend our In-Person Graduation ceremony scheduled for Saturday, May 22, 2021.

Seniors, please take some time to watch the short video linked below for more information regarding the Class of 2021 graduation plan and discuss the options offered with your family before you submit the Google form. This form may only be submitted by DISTRICT 207 STUDENTS using their student email accounts.

Reminder
The final opportunity to have your school photo taken in-person will be on April 21 & April 22. This includes any students who have yet to take a photo as well as those who would like to retake photos. Photographers will be available both days in the auditorium lobby from 8:15 to 3:00. No appointment needed. Please come when it is most convenient for you.

Ordering School Photos:
To pre-order your school photos, access the Lifetouch website at mylifetouch.com. Use the following picture day ID code to order your photos: EVTNNFZ6W.

Yearbook Photo Submission Option:
If you do not feel comfortable coming to Maine East for your photo, you may opt to submit a head/shoulder image of yourself to yearbook staff. When taking this photo, please use a neutral background with one solid color (white or gray preferred). Photos are to be submitted to ahughes@maine207.org by April 1.

MAINE 207 FOUNDATION
VIRTUAL BENEFIT
The Maine 207 Foundation is hosting its annual benefit which is virtual this year. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 7-8 p.m. through a YouTube Premiere event that is being emceed by three District 207 students.

Little Caesar's Online Fundraiser

Now through April 28
All proceeds will go directly to the cheerleading program to provide materials and services for our athletes! Orders will be shipped directly to your home.
MUSLIM STUDENT ASSOCIATION
SELF-CARE DONATION DRIVE
The Muslim Student Association is sponsoring a Self-Care Donation Drive in order to prepare Ramadan care packages for the Rohingya Refugee families during Ramadan. The drive runs from April 6 - April 20, and donation boxes will be located throughout the building. See poster below for additional details.
Oakton Community College Workshop
We are hosting two workshops with Oakton Community College. Their admission counselors will be available to help students finish their applications or their financial aid. Students can choose between two different sessions, April 20th or 27th. Both begin at 2:30 pm. Students must register in advance for this workshop at this link.

Learn more about fashion industry, through designing, sketching, fashion photography, moodboard creation, design challenges, sewing and more. Participate in philanthropies for those in need, create outfits and accessories for school spirit weeks and help put on the Maine Fashion Runway Show and Pop Up Shop! If you are creative, this club is for you!
