WE NEED YOUR HELP...

Temple believes streaming services are here to stay and Rabbi Gutmann is looking to train new volunteers to help out during our Shabbat Worship services and other programs. No experience, no worries! We’ll teach you everything you'll need to know. Please write rabbigutmann@tkolami.org if you are interested.

Save the Date!

While we cannot at this point plan on gathering in person for our annual May fundraising event, our Fundraising Committee is working hard and has exciting news: on Saturday evening, May 22nd, it will be an honor to have nationally known comedian Todd Glass deliver a unique comedy presentation tailored just for TKA! Todd has appeared many times on Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Tosh.0 (8 episodes), The Daily Show, Conan O’Brien, and Lights Out with David Spade. Suffice it to say, you will “laugh your Glass off!”

We will also have a cash raffle, as well as a silent auction using an app similar to the one we used in conjunction with our Aces Chai event a few years ago, which was very popular with many of you. If there is something special that you would like to contribute to the auction, e-mail committee chairman Jason Gold at vballjmg@aol.com

One thing that makes TKA so special is our sense of community, so let’s plan on spending a wonderful virtual evening together on May 22nd. More details to come…stay tuned!

Community Food Pantry
Temple Kol Ami's Social Action Committee has partnered with Hazon (the Jewish Lab for Sustainability), to launch our "Community Food Project." This project offers weekly free food packages to people in need. Food packages will be distributed in the Temple parking lot by appointment using health precautions while protecting the dignity and confidentiality for those who participate.

Although we live in an affluent area, we have neighbors and friends experiencing significant hardship that are often overlook. We don't want anyone to go without, so, please tell anyone that you know who may have food needs to go to tinyurl.com/tkacfp and for their food pick up time.

We are in need of more volunteers.
If you're interested in volunteering to work a shift on Thursday,
