Friends – the following is new guidance issued by Empire State Development. It reads:
"Construction in support of essential businesses is permissible, but only with appropriate social distancing and cleaning/disinfecting precautions. If those cannot be met, the project should be postponed."

please work with the owner and if you can meet the social distancing and cleaning/disinfecting precautions you should be able to continue your work.
